Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1383) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 127(STA)                                                                 
     "An Act relating to roadside memorials within the right-of-way of                              
     a state highway."
