Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 127(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHB 127(STA) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 127(STA)?"
